You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use PolicyWatch. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share login information or allow unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Billing & Refunds

All plans are billed annually via Stripe. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if PolicyWatch isn't the right fit, contact us for a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense PolicyWatch data. You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and data provided through PolicyWatch are the intellectual property of In Network LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

PolicyWatch is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Policy summaries are AI-generated and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before making business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In Network LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
