These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PolicyWatch, provided by In Network LLC (“In Network,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share accounts outside of your organization unless permitted by your subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed annually through our payment provider (Stripe/Outseta).
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day guarantee — if you cancel within the first 30 days, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.

4. Use of Service

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute PolicyWatch without our written permission.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software are owned by In Network LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use PolicyWatch for your organization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PolicyWatch is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every payer update is captured.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription anytime, but refunds are only available per Section 3.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
